We’re proud to showcase some of the best independent breweries North Wales has to offer, with a changing line-up of cask and keg beers to suit the season—and the weather!

Snowdon Craft Beer (formerly Great Orme Brewery) brings a solid range of well-balanced ales and lagers brewed at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), from easy-drinking bitters to crisp, refreshing golden ales.

From nearby Llandudno, Wild Horse Brewing Co. delivers modern craft styles with bold flavours and plenty of hop character. Expect hazy pales, juicy IPAs, and the occasional special release worth snapping up while it lasts.

Just down the road in Conwy, Conwy Brewery produces a great mix of traditional and contemporary beers, including the ever-popular Conwy Ale—a go-to pint for many of our regulars.

World Wines

We take a lot of time and effort (and tasting!) to choose our wines, taking inspiration from around the world. We work closely with our suppliers who are constantly introducing us to new tipples to try as well as stocking our staple favourites that we know our customers love. We stock a wide-ranging selection of whiskies from around the world, including standout bottles from the Penderyn Distillery in Llandudno, classic Scotch, smooth Irish drams, and a few hidden gems for those who enjoy discovering something new.

For gin lovers, we proudly feature a variety of local gins crafted in Penrhyn Bay, Conwy, and Llanberis, each showcasing unique Welsh botanicals and flavours. Alongside these, we offer a selection of regional and international gins to suit every palate.

Beyond whisky and gin, our bar also offers a carefully chosen range of vodkas, rums, tequilas, and liqueurs, from bold and characterful to smooth and refined—perfect for sipping neat or mixing into your favourite cocktail.
