It's with a very happy heart that we can once again welcome customers back to the pub, we have really missed the buzz and the atmosphere about the place.
Whilst it may just be outside and under the ‘rule of 6’ for now, and it may involve coats and warm jumpers, the odd umbrella and the dodging of a brief April shower, it does however, mean we are once again able to enjoy a proper pint of beer or a glass of something cold and crisp on the decking. But most importantly, it means we can all see each other once again, not on a screen, not through a window or other side of the road but across a table from one another, at a pub, enjoying a drink and each other’s company, one of the simplest and greatest pleasures in life.
Rule of 6 - We are able to accept groups of up to 6 people from mixed households (not including children under 11). If from one household then larger groups allowed.
As we will be reliant on the rather unreliable British weather until we can open up inside again then taking bookings for outdoor tables presents too many challenges so all of our outside tables will be made available on a first come first served basis, so if it does tip it down, we’re not having to disappoint people by cancelling that table.
Until the 17th of May we are open for drinks only at the following times:
Thursday to Saturday: 4pm - 10pm
Sunday 4pm - 9pm
We can’t wait to welcome you and your friends & family back to the pub soon.
Paul and the team

Our diners and drinkers can rest assured that we are doing everything we can to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all. The Snowdon is a proper classic pub on a quiet back street of Llandudno.
It is one of the oldest pubs in the town dating back to the early 1800s when Llandudno was a small mining village on the side of the Great Orme, and only a handful of folks were imagining what Llandudno could become. The pub sits slightly above the town on the end of a charming Victorian terrace, which you’ve likely passed by on your way up to the Great Orme Tramway.
The pub has been a firm favourite amongst locals and visitors who have enjoyed frequenting there for many years. Recently we felt that after all those years of servitude, the old girl deserved a little injection of TLC. After a little nip and tuck the Snowdon is now a rather smart ‘Wine & Ale House’.
Our aim was to create a pub that we wished we had in walking distance of our own home, with a cracking selection of quality cask ales, quality wines available by the glass, a quality bit of food at lunchtime, a warm and cosy feel (rather like an old pair of slippers) and all this hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the high street, so one can be assured of a friendly and buzzy atmosphere where the conversation flows.
Our hearty bar menu is the perfect addition to the Snowdon offer a delicious choice of pub classics and nibbles, washed down with a glass or two of your favourite tipple.
